About us
We are Inés Gramajo and Juan Pablo Berra and together with a great team, since 2001, have been dedicated to accompanying educational institutions and other public and private entities as consultants on issues related to bonding, interpersonal communication, problematic consumption, violence, and bullying.
In 2003 we created the EPPA (Addiction and Violence Prevention Promotion Teams). In 2006 we founded the School of Creators of New Humanity with face-to-face and distance mode. This initial training is crowned with practices to become accredited as a Bond Coach and Organizational Coach.
In 2019, the Fundación Vincular was established, housing in it the projects that we had been developing for years. Since 2015 we have developed the Healthy Consumption Courses in Penalty 47 and 48. In 2017, the Ciudad Musical Children's Orchestra was formed in the La Cava neighborhood.
There have been publications of books that support the task we carry out: "The 7 levels of communication" , "From wounded to lovers" , "No to violence, yes to aggressiveness" , "The Seven Levels of living" , "RECONTRA Humans (1st and 2nd part)" , "Life in abundance" , among others.
Our dream in motion
In our training and service spaces, we are committed to deepening bonding as we see that to a large extent the quality of life depends on the quality of the bonds. We promote incorporating Listening as a human right. We promote their usual practice with all our ties as the opportunity to create an alternative lifestyle that makes us fully human.
We dream of the possibility that all human beings can appropriate the tools of Listening to go through processes that generate a New Humanity.
This dream is on. It is being carried out in each listening practice, in the gestation of Casas de la Hearing, in the formation of the Bonding and Organizational Coach as well as in the “Musical City” Orchestra, the “Healthy Consumption” courses in prisons and accompaniment to public schools . Also in the accompaniment of women's circles and in the gestation of listening fraternities.
